A stone's throw from Junction 26 on the M5, the pretty village of Langford Budville is located approximately 2 miles north of the town of Wellington in Somerset. It is situated on a range of low hills at the western end of the Vale of Taunton Deane and from the elevated position of the village you have views across large portions of West Somerset. To the north, you can see the Brendon Hills, the northeast Quantocks and 8 miles to the east, the county town of Taunton. To the south, sits the historic town of Wellington basking at the foot of the Blackdown Hills. Looming above the old town you will see the Wellington Monument built to commemorate the Duke of Wellington who took his name from the town, Way to the west of the village you can see the rolling hills of Devon and beyond to the moors. A truly beautiful setting !.
